Who we are
Gafamavae Care was founded by a granddaughter, Tiajavay Toilolo, who was raised by a loving grandmother that embodied service, compassion, and strength. Growing up under her guidance, Tiajavay learned that caring for others isn’t just an act—it’s a calling. She dreamed of building a business rooted in purpose, where love and dignity are at the center of every service offered.
Proud of her Polynesian and African American heritage, Tiajavay wanted her Samoan culture and family legacy to live within the heart of her company. That’s why she chose the name Gafamavae—the Samoan name of her beautiful grandmother whom she honors in everything good in her life.
